As Expertec's first BC branch employee, I helped grow the operation into an eight-person team serving key clients and coordinating larger custom projects.
My work spans prospecting, customer visits, quoting, negotiation, and follow-up, alongside scheduling, branch activities, and day-to-day support. I enjoy learning technical products and helping connect customer requirements with a practical solution.
